IR cut filter on a sensor is replaced with clear quartz filter. It means that you need filter on a lens to get infrared images but camera will work with standard exposure times as normal camera as oppose to long exposures if you would use IR filter on not converted camera. It is possible to use it as standard camera as well when IR Cut filter is put on a lens.
It is costlier option than fix wavelength conversion but it gives unlimited opportunities ...
Image on camera LCD screen is done using IR Chrome filter.
Link to available filters below.
It will work with any MFT lens however some may produce hotspots. I tried with Panasonic 14-42mm, 14-45mm, Olympus 30mm, Olympus 14-150mm and there were no hotspots, but Laowa 7.5mm had hotspots.
White balance must be set to Custom where you record green card or just grass.
For IR Chrome filter White Balance should be set in Kelvins.
470nm, 550nm ,580nm, 850nm and IR Chrome filters can be found here:

There is few important steps to do to be able to process images correctly.
1. Create Camera Lens profile in Adobe Lightroom
1.1 Open RAW image in Lightroom and Export it as DNG to known location.
1.2 Open exported DNG file in DNG Profile Editor and set White Balance to -100 in Colour Matrices and export profile to Lightroom folder.
1.4 Import Develop Profiles to Lightroom
1.5 Restart Lightroom
1.6 Open image in Lightroom and select newly created Camera Profile and Apply it.
2. Process image in Photoshop
2.1 Swap Red and Blue Channels
2.2 Create Hue/Saturation Adjustment layer and adjust Hue to Blue
2.3 Open Camera RAW Filter and adjust Hue, Saturation and Luminescence for separate colours in Colour Mixer.
It is creative process but very pleasing.
Take images in a bright sunshine with blue sky to get best results.
Don't expect to have beautiful images straight out of the camera- a lot of creative post processing required :) . Don't be afraid to break rules :)
P.S. It is very addictive- don't say that I did not warn you :)
